Albums & Carousels

Photos and slides may be left in their original albums and carousels. However, a surcharge for removing the images (and replacing them) will be applied. There is no surcharge for removing slides or negatives from protective plastic.

Prepaid UPS label printed by customer. Shipping container (a box) provided by customer.

5-9 weeks, depending on media mix and order size.

Prints: 2x the original size.

Completed Order Output

A DVD or CD of completed, retouched scans, and return of originals. Output on HDD is available.

Output File Format

JPG, unless otherwise specified. TIFF is available.

Billing Terms

Partial payment (50% of scanning) required when order is placed. Balance paid after review of the order by customer. All payments are by credit card.

DVD Replay on Televisions

If your DVD player is jpg-slideshow compatible, you should be able to view your ScanCafe DVD on your television.
